- 真实就是最吸引人的点，现在的职场剧，尤其是警察、医生、军人这些特殊职业的剧，太容易被神话，太容易飘在空中了。但作为这些职业的从业者，太清楚这才不是我们的日常，生活不是时时刻刻都在干多么了不起的事，工作不是造神，生活的大部分是按部就班的工作，一些鸡零狗碎的事情，平凡才是生活的大部分内容。这部剧这一点做的太好了，首先能说服观众，让大家相信这就是身边的事，八里河派出所就是自己所在社区的派出所，让大家了解原来民警的日常是这些，真正让大家了解和理解警察的工作，这才是一部有价值的职业剧
- 国产剧里比较少见的真正群像剧，只有老编剧能写得这么娴熟。有人说感觉二十年前那种比较耐看的传统电视剧又回来了，只是质感朴素非常接地气，内容导向更多是像18年的韩剧live，人物出彩，能有这种无恋情主线仅群像形态的剧已经算是创新了。拍摄方方面面都挺大胆，比如里面好多五分钟左右的真长镜头好多手持，不拖泥带水。至于价值导向，全员刁民，难道现实中不是吗（微笑）看了几篇编剧访谈，关于“有缺陷的小人物”的创作方法论有意思。
