- 葫芦山囚禁了蛇蝎夫妇9999年。一只穿山甲不小心钻塌了葫芦山，导致蛇蝎夫妇东山再起。老爷爷救下被乱石压住的穿山甲，并在葫芦山中取得葫芦籽。葫芦籽长出了7个葫芦——红娃力大无穷，橙娃千里眼顺风耳，黄娃皮厚扛打，绿娃喷火，青娃喷水，蓝娃隐身，紫娃有个能吸收万物的葫芦瓶，这个葫芦瓶还能让人反目成仇。红、橙、黄、绿、青娃被蛇蝎夫妇伤害、囚禁，蓝娃通过一己之力偷走蛇精的如意成功营救他们。然而紫娃黑化，认蛇蝎夫妇为父母，把兄弟们都吸进葫芦瓶中，最后还是被蛇精扔进炼丹炉。老爷爷拿出致胜法宝（莲心）救出葫芦兄弟，葫芦兄弟齐心制服蛇蝎夫妇，并合体形成一座葫芦山。老爷爷在激斗过程中被蝎子精用刀捅死。
