- 人丁丝绢为引，隐田逃税为根，故事把落脚点放在了中国万万代都没能彻底解决的土地兼并问题上，辅之以官官相护、懒政、官民沟通不畅、舆论操控民意、舞弊等问题，说是在讲大明但放到现今依旧适用。不论从剧情、画面还是演员来讲都非常优秀，但唯有一点有些疑惑，明明人丁丝绢是笔强加在自己身上的税负，但仁华县民的反应却不是很大，这个数目并不小，别的县甚至连摊过的份额都不愿意承担，而仁华的农民也是靠天吃饭的，既然得知自己比别人多缴了税，还能继续认头缴？但剧中呈现出来的冲突，只在法场那部分。这点我存疑。
