- 1986年9月，台北地方法院無視「市議員言論免責權」，以誹謗罪名判處林正杰一年半的刑責。林正杰決定不上訴，他在法院門口演說後，突破警方封鎖跑向總統府，表達「向司法送終」的抗議。自此，展開接連12天的街頭抗議。在當年不准集會遊行的戒嚴時期，他衝破禁忌，開啟日後風起雲湧的社運抗議。...
