[從河到海]天吶，這個美食故事簡直不能再勵志了。在位於黎巴嫩的難民營裡，來自巴勒斯坦的MariamAlShaar把婦女們集結起來，走出每日疲於應付缺乏基本物資保障的生活，用自己在廚房的手藝、口口相傳的菜譜開辦餐飲事業。不僅創造了收入，還找到了自己的社群。看著她們嘴裡說說笑笑、手上輕快利索地準備出美食，想不開心幸福都難。最後她們歷經挫折，終於開辦了屬於自己的餐飲公司。除了為了自己和家庭，還為了通過美食促進交流，讓社會了解難民也是普普通通的人，不是安全隱患，他們需要空間成長，他們和所在國國民一樣，完全有能力和意願去建設自己的生活和身邊的社會。
