6 crew members on a small research submarine survive an accidental fire, but their navigation and flotation system was destroyed. As the submarine slowly sinks to the bottom of the ocean, they realize there is no hope of getting rescued. They have enough air and food supplies for one year - but after one suspicious death, the other 5 realize there is a killer among them....
