- 本剧应该是少有的没有女性角色的剧了，从头到尾都是男人。人物塑造方面，班长，连长，团长都很不错。父亲等其他角色都还行。许三多很像阿甘，傻傻的一根筋，但是做事极度的有原则，有毅力并有极强的自律性。日复一日的做好自己的事情。
- 很久没有能让我重看这么多遍的电视剧了，朴素的片子讲述了朴素的道理，却给了人不一样的领悟，每个人都可以在其中找到自己的影子，也会有所顿悟。
